It was still in the root zone in July. Do not believe everything you
read on the Web :-)

% svn update '-r{2010-07-01}'  root.zone

Updated to revision 9612.

% grep TXT root.zone
VRSN-END-OF-ZONE-MARKER-DUMMY-RECORD.root. TXT plenus
%

% svn update '-r{2010-08-01}'  root.zone
