Well, that seems to have done the trick! Good to know that speaking softly
was enough and you didn't have to wield the big stick ...

BTW, I should credit Malcolm Scott <http://www.cl.cam.ac.uk/~mas90/> for
bringing the problem with "type forward"/"type stub" zone definitions to
my attention in the first place.
