[dns-operations] OT? .in zone file available?

Hi Guys,
Haven't been following the group closely enough to know if this
is off topic, but does anyone know if the .in zone file is
available?  It seems some of the usual Russian and Ukrainian
cybercriminals are now shifting from .ru to .in domains for their
pill spam sites, etc.
