[dns-operations] ORG DNSKEY time-out

I happened to notice 

http://dnssec-debugger.verisignlabs.com/ns.iana.org

reporting an error

 Query to d0.org.afilias-nst.org/199.19.57.1 for org/DNSKEY timed out or failed

a few minutes ago ( may well not be reproducible ).

dig dnskey org @d0.org.afilias-nst.org +dnssec

has a response size of 1723 bytes ( the NS RRset for org is included, which isn't the
case for some software replying to DNSKEY queries ).

Just thought it my be of interest as a possible example of real-life fragment loss.
