[dns-operations] *.de kicked out of service due to NXDOMAIN

Since about an hour the DENIC servers respond NXDOMAIN (instead of NONAME)
for nonexisting record of existing labels.

Because those NXDOMAINs are cached, the zone slightly disappears from the
net while the more specific entries times out ...
IPv6 enabled networks are the first to notice this effect.
