The process for getting the data into the dlv.isc.org zone itself is the
part that is marked as "limited production."  The serving of the zone
itself is and has been stable even though the method to get data into
the zone has changed.

That is, just to make it clear, dlv.isc.org is ready for use, and has
been for well over a year.  The zone has had zones since then, and has
had data in it.  The UI is new, and is the part under the microscope
right now.
