I think it would be a mistake to enforce it, many newcomers may be
similar size to Etienne, some might might even be here with only 10
zones or less, and many may feel intimidated by having to do so, where
as the bigger guys, do we really need to beat our chests? There may be
plenty of us who are here for various reasons,  many because NANOG got
annoyed with all DNS talk and their nazi list mods insisted it stop, it
should also not be assumed members of this list have a right to speak on
behalf of their employer, as they likely will be here without
authorisation, many also may not want to tell other people who they work
for.

Not to mention how you going to enforce it, there is no point entering
that info on a web page either since original intention for all to get
to know each other, something they can't do easily if you take the form
approach, leaving moderating new users, another bad idea I think.
