Ah, okay, DLV only.  (Yeah, I was thinking DLV-only but made the 
mistake of saying it was DS.  Good to clear that up.)

Will there be patches for the pre 9.6 BIND versions to fix this? 
Perhaps a customer is prohibited from changing the "second digit" in 
a configuration.
