[dns-operations] UPDATED ROOT ZONE FILE: 2008-05-26-01

As noted elsewhere, DNS has a zone update notification mechanism  
included in most server implementations. Also the requisite  
replication mechanisms.

This "announcement" is not in accordance with the general perception  
of the dns-operations list charter.  Repetition should be considered  
grounds for revocation of listing privileges.
