But only if the (router) operators know where to route the traffic 
destined for the service.

(I was just thinking that we could have 0.0.0.0 be the address for 
priming queries, but, uh, that route - 0.0.0.0/0 - is "taken."  Would 
you want to carve something from 127/8?  I'm picking these so as not 
to put more special route entries in the "default-free zone.")
