[dns-operations] Next OARC Workshop, Ottawa 24th/25th September

I'm pleased to announce the next OARC DNS Research and Operations
Workshop will take place in Ottawa, Ontario on Wednesday/Thursday,
September 24th and 25th, ending around Noon on the second day.  CIRA
has kindly offered to host our meeting at the Minto Suites Hotel.

This workshop continues OARC's tradition of having fall/autumn
meetings include a strong research component.  Presentations from
researchers and on research topics will be particularly welcome.
We'll also gladly accept talks of an operational nature, as well
as any other DNS-related subjects.
