Maybe, but it might just annoy them more.  Often times the victim has
known about it for some time, but their personal data is re-used for
simply filling in valid-looking registration detail.  If they haven't
already changed their phone, email and address, they may be getting
sick of people complaining to them about something they have nothing
to do with other than as playing the victim again.
