With dig from here I get both:
$ dig +short 152.146.4.12.in-addr.arpa ptr
152.128/26.146.4.12.in-addr.arpa.
ns1.tmdfrictioninc.com.128/26.146.4.12.in-addr.arpa.
but it looks like someone forgot the trailing dot on the PTR
record. It should just be 'ns1.tmdfrictioninc.com.'
If you don't get both answers from the initial query,
then you can always do a second query like this:
$ dig +short 152.128/26.146.4.12.in-addr.arpa. ptr
ns1.tmdfrictioninc.com.128/26.146.4.12.in-addr.arpa.
