i'm not looking for comments this time, only testing.  this command line
syntax may or may not be the best idea, but it's what i'm going to ship.

old SYNOPSIS
     dnscap [-ad1g?6v] [-i if ...] [-o file] [-l vlan ...] [-p port]
            [-x pat ...] [-m [quire]] [-h [ir]] [-q host ...] [-r host ...]
            [-b base [-k cmd]] [-t lim] [-c lim]

new SYNOPSIS
