Most likely you'll need to contact your ISP, they are able to resolve
this issue for you as they hold the /16.

The above has a missing root dot, the .218.872.in-addr.arpa part should
not be there.

Checking up:
8<-----------------------------------------------------------
$ whois -h whois.ripe.net 218.82.in-addr.arpa

domain:       218.82.in-addr.arpa

zone-c:       KABS1-RIPE
nserver:      signal.kabsi.at
nserver:      radio.kabsi.at
nserver:      ns.ripe.net
mnt-by:       AS8339-MNT

8<-----------------------------------------------------------
$ dig @ns.ripe.net 218.82.in-addr.arpa ns
[..]
;; QUESTION SECTION:
;218.82.in-addr.arpa.           IN      NS

;; ANSWER SECTION:
218.82.in-addr.arpa.    604800  IN      NS      signal.kabsi.at.
218.82.in-addr.arpa.    604800  IN      NS      ns.ripe.net.
218.82.in-addr.arpa.    604800  IN      NS      dns02.kabsi.at.
218.82.in-addr.arpa.    604800  IN      NS      radio.kabsi.at.
[..]
----------------------------------------------------------->8

Of which only RIPE has the wrong answer with the missing dots.

SOA's for 218.82.in-addr.arpa are identical too and seem to be from
2005. Did your ISP maybe update their zone, sync their own nameservers
and forget to update the SOA and thus ns.ripe.net is not slaving the new
information?

Only way to find out: ask your ISP.

Greets,
 Jeroen
