[dns-operations] Reverse Lookup Problem?

Dear list,

I'm not sure if there's a problem. We have the IP 82.218.135.172 with a
reverse lookup. There are 3 DNS for it, two from the ISP "kabsi.at",
which work:

# dig +short @signal.kabsi.at -x 82.218.135.172
mail.ehrenboeck.at.
# dig +short @radio.kabsi.at -x 82.218.135.172
mail.ehrenboeck.at.

But the 3rd DNS from Ripe gives no PTR Record, just 2 NS Records. Is
this sufficient? I think no, because postfix reported "no reverse
lookup", that's why I ask:

# dig @ns.ripe.net -x 82.218.135.172

; <<>> DiG 9.3.2 <<>> @ns.ripe.net -x 82.218.135.172
; (2 servers found)
