	jumping from tactic to tactic w/o any strategic direction
	is a great plan to get nowhere.  and no, -following- the market is not 
	a particularly good choice.  think rudder-less boats.  they follow
	the prevailing winds/waves quite well... the chances of ever getting
	to port safely are minimal.  Now if the -GOAL- is to explore the nooks
	and crannies of ways to transport information - then sure.  Of course
	one must be prepared to deal w/ DPI techniques. ... But those ideas
	are more research oriented and less commercially oriented.

	so i think i'm aligned w/ Randy here.  (odd as that may be)
