Without NSID, it is difficult to say. But I get responses from b3 and
b1.isi.edu and one of them sends NXDOMAIN (the other sends NOERROR +
ANSWER=0). So, I confirm Noah Treuhaft's report.

Do you think emailing to dns-ops at ARIN.NET will help? :-)
