ah... as in flag never had a non-6bone address assigned ...
adn many/most people turned off routing for 3ffe:: space today.
why did flag.ep.net NOT get an rir assigned number you ask?

well...  we tried to move flag to that address space byt ICANN
refused to allow the glue record to be inserted ...  so it was delayed.
will get to it...  and thanks for noticing. :)
