[as112-ops] AS112 configuration templates

AS112 Team,

I gathered some configurations for various daemons that typically
run AS112 servers - BIND (already documented in RFC), FRRouting
(similar to Quagga/Zebra, documented in RFC), BIRD 2.x, NSD 4.x
and basic FreeBSD rc.conf/sysctl.conf configuration.

"My" servers run FreeBSD+BIRD+NSD combination. I actually gave
talk about the project two year run, it's in Polish but has some
