[as112-ops] Recommendations for rfc7534 section-4.1

Greetings,

Has anyone developed any good automatic monitoring scripts to couple
the health of their AS112 name server with the BGP daemon advertising
the anycast prefixes?

I'm interested in hearing what others have done to satisfy section 4.1
of RFC7534 before writing a cron job to do it from scratch.
