[as112-ops] LOA Request for AS112 Prefixes

We received this request this morning (copied here with permission).  I'm curious how others normally deal with this when LOAs are requested.  Do you point to RFC7534?  Something else?

We can probably put together an LOA and post it to the as112.net site if necessary, but I'd be surprised if this is the first time this has come up.
