[as112-ops] New AS112 at grifon (Rennes, FR)

Hi,

Grifon has deployed an AS112 node today.
As it’s my first time running this, the node if for the moment only
reachable from the grifon network and downstreams; we’re a small
not-for-profit ISP and everybody know how to contact me. I plan to
announce it on Breizh-IX in one month if nobody complains about it, and
publicly an other month after following the same rule.
