[as112-ops] New AS112 Nodes

Dear AS112-Operators,

DE-CIX started operating AS112 nodes at DE-CIX Munich (Munich, Germany) and DE-CIX Düsseldorf (Düsseldorf, Germany). The AS112 nodes peer directly with the route servers (so, no transit AS) and are available to all peers. The AS112 are only reachable via the IXP peering LAN (so I suggest no unicast addresses should be published as reachability is limited).

DE-CIX now operates AS112-nodes at the following locations:
DE-CIX FRA (Frankfurt, Germany)
DE-CIX HAM (Hamburg, Germany)
DE-CIX MUC (Munich, Germany)
DE-CIX DUS (Düsseldorf, Germany)
DE-CIX IST (Istanbul, Turkey)
DE-CIX NYC (New York, United States of America)
Additional DE-CIX IXPs might be added in the near future and announced separately.

Could you please list the new nodes on the website?
