I (Hivane Paris node) get around 5 to 6Mbit/s under normal conditions,
and sometimes 12-13Mbit/s for small periods of time (I guess when there
are routing problems towards other nodes, or maintenance windows). 

I don't think having more delegations may be a big issue, at least for
my node. Go ahead, thats AS112's objectives :)
