[as112-ops] Advice requested on a proposal to delegate .local to AS112

I think this is the very thing AS112 was created for, and I don't 
therefore see anything wrong with it. If someone finds their AS112 node 
is getting too much traffic, I'm sure they will just take it down 
without fuss.

Is there someone here whose node is getting >10Mbps right now under 
normal running conditions? >100Mbps?
