That is not what I wrote. I wrote that different zones are delegated to 
1/2 and 3/4. What I neglected to write is that 3/4 are supposed to also 
serve the zones delegated to 1/2. This is so that at some point in the 
future we might move everything over to 3/4. But 3/4 are supposed to be 
highly experimental at first.
