[as112-ops] TLS Cert error: public.as112.net

Hi,

I'm not sure who runs public.as112.net, but your current configuration is
very annoying.

public.as112.net auto-upgrades me to HTTPS, and then presents me with a
cert for the name *.dns-oarc.net.

My browser gives me a very ugly warning about how this site is not secure
at all, and should *not* be trusted.

Can we disable HTTPS auto-upgrade until a correct certificate is obtained?

P.S. Thanks for adding the stats link for MBIX, glad you guys prompted me
to install the stats package, even with a very low query rate the data is
interesting to see
