[as112-ops] MBIX AS112 node stats

Hey All,

I'm collecting stats on the server, and running a webserver there at the
same time.  Is there any reason that's a problem?  The node name
'localhost' is lame, but i'm actually not sure how to change that--i made
an attempt but was not successful.

It's cool to see actual PTR queries coming from the member network to the
AS112 server, and get NXDOMAIN responses in like 3 milliseconds.
