[as112-ops] AS112 node in Moscow

Dear colleagues!

We launched the AS112 node in Russia, Moscow (1Gbps connection to 
MSK-IX), both IPv4 and IPv6.

Sign up us (noc at sirius-p.ru), please, to the mailing list 
(as112-ops at lists.dns-oarc.net ?).

Statistics of our node: http://dns.sirius-p.ru
Now the node processes some hundred queries per second from Russia and 
the countries of the former USSR.
