We're "only" seeing up to 2000qps at our AS112 node[1] in Amsterdam. I think
that you are "victim" to one operator hitting you heavily. Namely that would be
AT&T producing over 4000qps[2]. Since this is probably just a simple
misconfiguration on their part it is probably a good idea to make them aware to
get this load off your systems.
