[Dns-stats] 2nd Level Domain

For DSC questions I think the DSC mailing list is better then this one:

For the question you had I think you need to look at the configuration
file since those datasets are probably disabled.

Also if you wish to run the latest DSC version you should look at our
own packages:

    https://dev.dns-oarc.net/packages/
