[Dns-stats] 2nd Level Domain

I just install dsc-statistics-collector and presenter from ubuntu reposi and all is runngin fine with colector and presenter on the same host. However when i click on 2nd level domain and 3rd level domain it says no data .. can anyone help as this is the piece of information that most valuable ..... chheers
