[dns-operations] GoDaddy DNS broken IPv6 Resolvability / Note on akam.net NS sets

Moin,
following up on this; got contacted off list by Rohan from GoDaddy;
They are looking into this, and will check whether the historical
special nature of 81/82 can be changed so that they also support v6, as
all other NS have full v6 support.
