[dsc] dsc v2.11.1 released!

Hi all,

This release fixes a 17-year old code cut&paste mistake in the
classification indexer, until now it's been classifying funny query
types based on the query class. This fix was sent in by Jim Hague
(Sinodun), thanks Jim!
