[dsc] Filter DSC statistiks according to TLD / SLD

At the moment we do have a dedicated IP address for every customer and hence a dedicated DSC process with an BPF Filter of the customers IP address. So we do have plenty of DSC processes running at the moment, but without any problems yet.
