[dsc] Query to Response Time indexer

Hi all,

We received a feature request, from Klaus Darilion (NIC.AT), to add an
indexer to measure the time between query and response (see project #1).

Currently my time is tied up in other projects so I would like to hear
if there is anyone else interested in this feature and if so, maybe they
have resources (development time preferred, or funds) to start work on it?
