[dsc] Repository split of Collector and Presenter

Hi all,

In an effort to make repository management and version/package
maintenance easier I have split the collector and presenter into two
different repositories.

The DNS Statistics Collector (DSC) can be found in the old repository:

    https://github.com/DNS-OARC/dsc

The DNS Statistics Presenter (DSP) can be found here:

    https://github.com/DNS-OARC/dsp

Both repositories contains the complete history before the split.
Changes has been made to use automake and Travis CI to build and test
the software.  Candidate releases of 2.0.0 are planned to be released
the following weeks.
