[dsc] New DSC release available

Hello DSC users,

I've posted a new version of DSC today, which you can find at
http://dns.measurement-factory.com/tools/dsc/source.html

Just a couple of noteworthy changes since the last posted release:

  - Peter Koch contributed a patch that allows the collector to
    read from pcap files on disk.

  - Alexander Mayrhofer contributed a patch that adds a country
    indexer if you have libGeoIP installed.
