          admin for a US state govt, and we're having issues with DNS
          validation for cert renewal.  This is causing issues with our
          websites, and it's not a good time to have that happen
          (elections, ya know).  This also has the attention of our
          highest executive offices.  Need to get this reliably sorted
          beyond the square dancing we did a few months ago.</div>
