<DIV>The providers can not intermeddle your choice. When a domain name is
registered in many providers, they allow users to provide some name
servers including theirs and other providers' NSs. The records
of name servers are transferred to tld name servers of the name. Recursors
request some type of the name from tld NSs before all records are responded to
recursors. And they pick one NS of the name servers listed to
continue to request what they like so that the authority service providers
cannot do something. </DIV>
