[dns-operations] Validation of many domains in .DE is failing

Shrug. I've heard the "DNSSEC is done" from tbqf from as long
as I am doing DNS and DNSSEC is still pretty much alive.

Just because one person repeats the same thing over and over
doesn't make it true.
