Requesting contact for disa.mil nameservers

Have 7 recursive DNS sites across the US currently blocked from disa.mil<http://disa.mil/> and nipr.mil<http://nipr.mil/> nameservers impacting multiple .mil domains.
We do have a ticket opened with DISA IP NOC.
