Thanks, Mark. I’m not sure if my earlier message came through or not so posting it again below —

Good morning, all -- looking for some contacts / help with a DNS issue with Verizon Wireless --

Some time late Saturday afternoon, eth.limo users began reporting NXDOMAIN errors when attempting to visit subdomains of the eth.limo service when connecting from Verizon Wireless network clients. Users confirmed that the DNS resolution errors are specific to the Verizon nameservers used for their mobile network, including: 141.207.243.254 and 198.224.190.135. Name resolution remains unaffected when connected to Wifi or other non-Verizon Wireless nameservers.

In all likelihood, VZW erroneously blocked *.eth.limo because of confusion over how it works that domain functions and didn't realize the wider implications.

(As background, eth.limo is a privacy-preserving ENS HTTP gateway that resolves .eth names to their on-chain records and associated decentralized content (IPFS, Arweave, Swarm, etc.), exposing them as standard HTTPS hostnames like [name].eth.limo that any browser can reach. Under the hood, it operates DNS and DNS-over-HTTPS infrastructure and an ENS-aware reverse proxy so that traditional DNS/HTTP clients can resolve and fetch ENS-hosted content without native ENS or Web3 support.)

Many thanks for your help and leads.

Yours,
Alex
