It appears DNS over IPv6 with two of the listed authoritative DNS name
servers for the OM TLD have been inoperable for some time.
The associated ns1.registry.om AAAA record (2a01:9120:1::50) appears to
have no IPv6 service. It will not even return an echo response to
PING. An ICMP port unreachable for UDP queries to UDP destination port
are returned by source 2a00:9120:1::6.
The associated ns2.registry.com AAAA record (2a01:9120:2::50) is
entirely unresponsive to UDP-based port 53 queries, however it will
return responses to ICMPv6 echo requests.
The zone remains serviceable, albeit slightly degraded in performance.
There are other name servers that IPv6-enabled and are responding OK.

I tried the SOA listed contact, but if anyone has a better path to
reach out to someone it might be helpful.
