With my OARC engineering hat on...

DNS-OARC isn't currently doing anything real-time like this, but similar
ideas have come up in discussion before.  In principle we're open to
looking at being the clearinghouse for data sharing like this, but whether
it makes sense for us to be involved depends entirely on the details of the
proposal, and whether the community would like us to take it on.
