Call for Participation: OARC 44 Panel Discussion on DNS Best Practices
When: Thu 2024-02-06 - OARC 44 Day 1
Time: 16:15 - 17:00
Location: Imperial Salon B, Atlanta Marriott Marquis
Are you a DNS operator? We need your insights! Join us for an engaging
roundtable at OARC 44 to identify and discuss community-driven Best
Current Practices (BCPs) for the DNS ecosystem.
The goal is for the panel to be the starting point in a collaborative effort
to define best practices, and lay the foundation for a set of community-driven
BCPs to enhance the DNS ecosystem's security, stability, and reliability.
We are especially interested in a diverse group of operators - both small and
large - of recursive or authoritative DNS service, as well as vendors and
developers of DNS software. This is your chance to:
- Share your experiences
- Collaborate with the community in shaping a shared set of BCPs for the DNS
ecosystem
- Help kickstart a collective effort to improve security and stability in DNS
operations
Whether you'd like to be part of the panel or contribute to the follow-up open
discussion, your participation is invaluable.
