Certainly not picking on you in particular, Mark, hi by the way, hope things are well, but many people are saying "X supports this" and I have a strong feeling that there a number of different interpretations of what "this" is.

Various locks exist at registrars and registries. Their function, what they are called and the way they are implemented varies quite a lot. 

I don't know how helpful it is to say "X implements this" except to suggest "X implements something that may be of interest, but you should ask careful questions before assuming you know what it is".
