[dns-operations] Contact @ AWS Route 53

After a bit more investigation, the issue I see isn't limited to classdojo.com, but seems to happen for more domains handled by Route53's Geo Loadbalancer.

Could anyone from the Route53 team contact me off-list to discuss a case where I see that the R53 Geo feature doesn't work as documented on https://docs.aws.amazon.com/Route53/latest/DeveloperGuide/routing-policy-edns0.html?
