[dns-operations] incometax.gov.in nameservers intermittent outages

Is anyone from or connected with incometax.gov.in here?

Both authoritative nameservers ns01.incometax.gov.in and
ns02.incometax.gov.in have frequent connectivity failures (timeouts)

Inevitable chaos ensues including inability to verify SPF.
